Zoom Vibe Cois seeking a reliable and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic videography company in Los Angeles. The ideal candidate will provide essential administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office, assist with project coordination, and contribute to the overall efficiency of our creative team.
Responsibilities
Assist in managing daily office operations and maintaining office supplies inventory.
Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings, managing calendars and travel arrangements.
Prepare and edit documents, memos, and presentations as requested.
Answer and direct phone calls, relay messages, and handle correspondence.
Assist in organizing and coordinating events, conferences, and company activities.
Provide general administrative support to various departments and teams within the organization.
Conduct research and compile data for reports and presentations.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification is a plus.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other office software.
Familiarity with the videography or media production industry is advantageous.
