Looking for a valued member of our management team, a full-time Administrative Assistant to help with the everyday activities of a large-scale contracting business.
Responsibilities
- Bookkeeping: Payroll, Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivables etc.
- Account reconciliations and Ledgers.
- Telephone support, taking calls and scheduling appointments.
- Corresponding between customers and company managers.
- Counter Sales and Cash Managment.
- General Banking Activities.
- Vendor Relations.
- HR Responsibilities.
- Performs other duties to assist Office Manager/General Manager/President.
Skills
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Proficient in QuickBooks.
- Basic Accounting Skills and GAP.
- Understanding of office management procedures.
- Organizational and time management skills.
- Written and verbal communication skills.
- Problem Solving.
- Detail Oriented.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
