Administrative Assistant

Our family-owned, independent agency is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team. This position is ideal for candidates that are highly organized, outgoing and motivated. The Administrative Assistant is responsible for assisting our Specialty Lines insurance account manager with day-to-day task, answer incoming calls, and assisting in the office with our insurance related task.

• Assistant to Specialty Lines Insurance account manager

• Process of daily mail
• Work directly with our Commercial/Personal Lines account managers
• Provide customer service for our customers who have questions

• Basic understanding of clerical and administrative procedures
