Our family-owned, independent agency is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team. This position is ideal for candidates that are highly organized, outgoing and motivated. The Administrative Assistant is responsible for assisting our Specialty Lines insurance account manager with day-to-day task, answer incoming calls, and assisting in the office with our insurance related task.

Responsibilities
- Assistant to Specialty Lines Insurance account manager
- Answer Incoming Calls
- Process of daily mail
- Work directly with our Commercial/Personal Lines account managers
- Provide customer service for our customers who have questions
Requirements
- Basic understanding of clerical and administrative procedures
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Friendly and outgoing personality
- Ability to work in a team atmosphere
- Knowledge of the insurance industry is a bonus
