· Oversee and support all administrative duties in the office and ensure that office is operating smoothly
· Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary
· Perform receptionist duties: greet visitors, and answer and direct phone calls
· Receive and sort incoming mail and deliveries, and manage outgoing mail
· Develop policies and procedures, and ensure they are implemented appropriately
· Assist with office layout planning and office moves, and with managing and maintaining IT infrastructure
· Identify opportunities for process and office management improvements, and design and implement new systems
· Provide other administrative support as necessary, including scheduling group meetings, maintaining calendars, doing research, and creating reports
· Process IR for residents to the state when needed.
· Schedule resident appointments when they are needed and add the information to the medical appointment log under the correct resident.
· Make sure the client books are updated with the correct information per compliance regulations
· Assist with PCSP meetings, medical reviews and Behavior Plans when they are scheduled and ensuring they are added to the google calendar.
· Being a main contact with resident Support Coordinators and family members.
· Contact pharmacy with prescriptions needed for members and making sure that the medication list is updated.
· Reach out to staff with resident task and needs per schedule as well as managing the google calendar so that all staff are updated.
· Other duties as assigned.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
