Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our daily operations and ensuring smooth office functioning. The ideal candidate will have excellent computer literacy skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Duties:
- Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and organizing documents
- Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring that necessary items are stocked
- Assist with order entry and processing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Provide customer support by answering phone calls and responding to inquiries in a professional manner
- Assist with office management duties, including scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and handle it with utmost discretion
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and effective communication
Experience:
- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a non-profit organization or similar position
- Excellent computer literacy skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong typing skills with a high level of accuracy
- Familiarity with office equipment and ability to troubleshoot common issues
- Exceptional organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Professional phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Knowledge of Adobe suite preferred
- Knowledge of Salesforce preferred
