Form of workThe City of Pipestone is seeking someone to serve as an Administrative Assistant for the Park and Recreation Department at the Ewert Recreation Center. This position works directly with the public and requires excellent customer service and clerical skills. Daily responsibilities include assisting with office and secretarial needs at the Ewert Rec. Center and Outdoor Aquatic Center, completing daily bank deposits, processing program and membership registrations, maintaining facility rentals, and performing other duties as assigned.
Minimum qualifications for this position include an Associate's degree in accounting, business management or related field and three years' relevant experience. Typical hours of work are Monday - Friday with a start time of 5:00a.m. Schedule may also require working nights, weekends, and holiday hours on an as needed basis.
