Administrative Assistant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working as an assistant and possess strong computer literacy skills as well as organizational skills. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, performing data entry tasks, and assisting with various administrative duties as needed.

Responsibilities:

- Assist with task in a professional manner

- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate staff members

- Schedule appointments and maintain the office calendar

- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently

- Assist with proofreading documents for accuracy

- Maintain company records and ensure confidentiality

- Handle incoming and outgoing emails

- Provide general administrative support to the office staff

Experience:

- Previous experience working in as a Administrative Assistant is preferred

- Proficient in using computer systems, including Microsoft Office Suite

- Familiarity with equipment, such as IPhone and IPad and the ability to handle multiple task utilizing these devices

- Excellent typing skills with a high level of accuracy

- Strong people skills with the ability to communicate effectively

- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $20.00 per hour
