This role is a Full time, in-office position for candidates within a commutable distance of our Irvine, CA location. This role offers a Non-exempt base of $23 - $25 an hour.

As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing support to the organization by managing daily administrative tasks and ensuring smooth operations. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities. We are seeking a highly motivated and result-driven individual to learn, be mentored, and have a positive mindset!

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to Executives and team members.
  • Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner.
  • Utilize various office software and tools for document creation, communication, and data management.
  • Input and manage data in various systems and databases.
  • Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, reports, and other documents.
  • Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
  • Handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
  • Other related duties as assigned.

What you bring to the table:

  • High school Diploma; additional education or certification in office administration is a plus.
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
