JOB TITLE:HR Admin Assistant
JOB SUMMARY: This is a temporary position to support the Human Resources Office by providing support to various programs to include, recruitment & background checks, new hire orientation, and processing of HR forms and files.
Hours: 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Pay: $ 22.95 per hour
Location: Phoenix, AZ 85008
Type: Long term temporary
Start date: Immediately after passing background check
Duration: 3-4 months
Benefits: Available after eligibility period is met
DUTIES
- Administrative work to assist in
- Recruitment & background checks
- New hire orientation
- Processing of HR forms and files
- Other duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree preferred, and/or directly related work experience
- Effective verbal and written communication
- Interpersonal relations and customer service
- Time management
- Tact in dealing with people at various levels to include senior level government and military officials - producing detailed work with accuracy and speed
- Proficient use of a personal computer and a variety of software applications plan, coordinate and analyze
- Establish priorities
- Develop effective operating procedures
- Work on multiple activities concurrently
- Maintain confidentiality as appropriate in a human resources setting
- Experience with human resources, laws and regulation
- Experience with human resources recruiting and staffing processes
- Background check required
