Responsibilities:
- Perform clerical duties such as data collection, filing, and organizing documents
- Enter and maintain accurate data in spreadsheets and databases
- Utilize basic math skills for calculations and data analysis
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to create pivot tables and perform data manipulation
- Assist with order entry and tracking of inventory
- Provide administrative support to the office, including answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and managing calendars
- Transcribe meeting minutes and other important documents
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an administrative role preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in Data Entry
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
