- Responsible for processing accounts payable invoices, reconcile statements, batch runs miscellaneous items
- Provide excellent customer service to vendors, customers and team members
- Responsible for tracking and handling customer license plates
- Provide phone support to receptionist
- Responsible for key tracking
- Other accounting functions
Requirements:
- Accounting experience preferred
- Knowledge of debits, credits and general accounting principles
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to stay organized and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- High School diploma or equivalent
