RESPONSIBILITIES
Validate invoices on a daily basis
Post invoices for payment
Check for duplicate invoice entries
Deal with any and all invoice issues
Process and analyze reports to identify and correct data entry errors
Comply with all company policies and procedures
Additional duties as assigned by management
SKILLS
High school diploma and/or GED
SAP experience preferred
Data entry skills including proficiency with 10 key data entry
Must have excellent organizational skills
Excellent communication skills
Must have experience in a manufacturing environment
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to communicate effectively with customers and employees of the company.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, volume, and net present value.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with various concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret various instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
TECHNICAL SKILLS
Computer literate (MS Office including Word and Excel as well as SAP accounting software)
Proficient knowledge and application of accounting principles
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Employees are regularly required to walk talk and hear. The employee is frequently required to stand; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; and reach with hands and arms. The employee is regularly required to sit. Vision requirements include: close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
