Select Products Holdings, LLC is a privately held tissue converter (manufacturer) in its eleventh year of operation with locations in Huntington, NY and Henderson, NC. Led by industry veterans with more than a decade of experience, we are focused on the manufacturing of essential tissue products.

Location:

Huntington, NY.

Duties/Responsibilities:

· Populate the accounting software with production information and research discrepancies.

· Maintain and enter shipping and receiving information.

· Enter sales invoicing data and interact with customers.

· Interact with sales department regarding sales orders and research discrepancies.

· Interact with shipping & receiving as well as Logistics and log-in truckers.

· Match purchase orders with invoices, data entry and filing.

· Perform bank reconciliations monthly.

· Prepare various schedules for analysis by management.

Required Skills/Abilities:

· Attention to detail.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to anticipate problems before they happen.

· Time management and multi-tasking abilities.

· Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.).

· QuickBooks a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
