JOB SUMMARY: Work as a member of the Support Services Team to provide our customers and vendors with outstanding service by executing various Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable tasks and projects. Abide by and model – EVERYBODY SERVES!
Duties and Responsibilities:
Accounts Receivable
- Set up & maintenance of customer accounts
- Processing Wholesale Purchase Agreements and Credit Applications
- Aid in collection of past due accounts
- Assist with processing the monthly billing statements
- Prepare customer material waivers
- Answering customer questions & addressing customer issues
- Provide reports to management and staff for internal use
Accounts Payable
- Process accounts payable for specific vendors
- Reconcile vendor statements
- Maintain and enter transactional data in various system for analysis, such as Microsoft Excel
- Answering vendor questions & addressing vendor issues
- Perform other duties as assigned

- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
- Effectively engage with multiple types of personalities
- Ability to calculate, discounts, convenience fees, and other basic mathematics
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Ability work as a member of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of general office equipment (computer, printer, scanner, copier, fax, telephone) to allow efficient training
- Ability to complete tasks in the appropriate time frame and respond to requests in a timely fashion
- Visual acuity required to determine accuracy, neatness, and thoroughness of work assigned
Credentials and Experience:
- 1 to 3 years of Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable experience is preferred
- Experience using Microsoft Office collaboration tools such as Word, Excel, and Outlook. Intermediate skills with MS Excel preferred.
- Minimum high school diploma or GED
- Knowledge of MAS 90/200 and/or NCR Counterpoint a plus.
