Job Description
LHH Recruitment Solutions is searching for an AP Clerk. This role will be on a temp to hire basis and can start immediately! This role will be onsite in Naperville, IL. To qualify, you must have at least 2 years of Accounts Payable experience.
Responsibilities
- Review all invoices for accuracy and approval before payment
- Process and monitor payments
- Match invoices to checks
- Prepare vendors checks for mailing
- Set up new vendors and manage vendor accounts
- Assist with month-end processes
- Collaborate, coordinate, and communicate across disciplines and departments
Qualifications:
- High school diploma required, associate degree preferred
- 2 years of AP experience
- Great Plains experience a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Must be detail-oriented and able to keep up in a fast-paced environment.

Pay Details: $24.00 to $28.00 per hour
