Accounts Payable Clerk

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Payable/Receivable Clerk to join our team. The Accounts Payable Clerk will be responsible for processing invoices, reconciling accounts, and ensuring timely payments to vendors. The ideal candidate will have experience with various accounting software systems (especially CINC), strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Duties:
- Process invoices and match them with receiving documents
- Review invoices for accuracy and resolve any discrepancies
- Code and enter invoices into the accounting system
- Prepare and process weekly check runs
- Reconcile Association bank accounts and resolve any outstanding issues
- Assist with month-end closing activities related to Accounts Payable
- Assist with other accounting tasks as needed

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree in Accounting or related field preferred
- Proven experience as an Accounts Payable Clerk or in a similar role
- Familiarity with accounting software systems such as CINC
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles, including debits and credits
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
