Accounts Payable Clerk

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Our organization is looking for a detail-oriented, experienced Accounts Payable Clerk.

DUTIES INCLUDE:

1. Responsible for all Accounts Payable functions, including processing invoices, payment of bills, and maintaining files.

2. Reconcile vendor statements and resolve outstanding issues.

3. Prepare monthly and annual management reports.

4. Set up new jobs for the commercial department.

5. Back up other accounting clerical functions.

6. Various duties as needed.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

· Minimum 3 years of experience working as an accounting clerk, with Accounts Payable experience preferred.

· Qualified candidates must be able to work independently.

· Strong verbal and written communication skills.

· Pass pre-employment drug screening, background and credit checks.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, specifically strong Excel skills.
