Small boutique Real Estate and Business law firm in West Los Angeles seeking an Associate Attorney with a minimum of two years of experience to handle a variety of cases including real estate, business, Landlord-Tenant and general civil litigation and trial. The position allows for professional growth and offers a salary package plus bonus opportunities for self-starters and motivated professionals. The candidate will have the opportunity to handle his/her own cases within the firm.
Skills & Qualifications:

• California State Bar licensed attorney with a minimum of two years of litigation and trial experience in real estate, business, and general civil.
• Excellent written and oral communication

Responsibilities:

• Provide legal services to clients in all aspects of real estate and commercial activities, advise clients on solutions, and negotiate on behalf of clients
• Draft documents such as correspondence, pleadings, motions, briefs, affidavits, settlement agreements, and contracts to be used proceedings and contract negotiations
• Perform legal research, prepare for and attend court hearings and trials.
