JOB DESCRIPTION
- Maintain up-to-date billing system
- Generate and send out invoices
- Follow up on, collect, and allocate payments
- Carry out billing, collection, and reporting activities according to specific deadlines
- Perform account reconciliations
- Monitor client account details for non-payments, delayed payments, and other irregularities
- Research and resolve payment discrepancies
- Generate age analysis
- Review AR aging to ensure compliance
- Maintain ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE customer files and records
- Develop procedures for processing receipts, cash, etc.
- Process credit card payments
- Prepare bank deposits
- Investigate and resolve client queries
- Process adjustments
- Develop a recovery system and initiate collection efforts
- Communicate with global clients via phone, email, mail, or personally
- Assist with month-end closing
- Collect data and prepare monthly metrics

Requirements:- 3 - 5 years of related experience in accounting
- Strong MS Office Experience
- BQE Core experience is recommended but not required
- Working knowledge of accounting, tax reporting and compliance, and cash disbursement/banking requirements
- Functional knowledge of software applications and coordination with Information technology for solving business issues is required.
- Must possess strong communication, analytical, organizational, and time management skills
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to meet deadlines and work on multiple tasks simultaneously
