Job Overview:

Abe's Vegan Muffins is looking for a dedicated, on-site Accounts Receivable Specialist to help process, track, and record payments in an accurate, efficient, and timely manner. The Accounts Receivable Specialist will have both a day-to-day and ongoing impact on financial transactions, keeping us on track, on time, and on good terms with our valued partners.

Key Responsibilities:

· Analyzes payments and deductions

· Keeps schedules of payments and deductions and follows up on disputes

· Initiates calls and emails to delinquent customers in order to collect payments

· Analyzes and resolves chargebacks, shortages or price discrepancies

· Assists with processing marketing credits

· Actively monitors aging reports for past due accounts and contacts customers to resolve overdue balances

· Produces invoices and proof of delivery to customers as requested

· Picks up mail / makes deposits when needed

· Other collections duties/tasks as needed

Your Qualifications:

· Able to work in a team environment, prioritize and organize multiple tasks, and meet deadlines

· Able to initiate and follow through on projects and work with minimal supervision

· Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively interface with clients and customers at all levels

· Adept at managing multiple assignments or projects

Pay:

The pay range for this position is $50,000-$60,000. Abe’s Vegan Muffins takes into consideration a wide range of factors in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs.
