Accounts Receivable Clerk

Duties:
- Perform Accounts Receivable functions including invoicing, posting payments, and reconciling customer accounts
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions
- Follow up on outstanding invoices and resolve any billing discrepancies
- Assist with month-end closing activities and financial reporting
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate processing of transactions
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
- Utilize accounting software and other tools to perform daily tasks

Requirements:

-Must be Bilingual (Spanish/English)
- Previous experience as an Accounts Receivable Clerk or similar role
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
- Proficient in using accounting software MS Office applications (Excel, Word) & Sage
- Knowledge of debits, credits, and account reconciliation
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial information
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Must have a valid Driver's License
