Accounts Receivable / Cash Applications / Front Desk
Accounts Receivable Clerk and Front Desk Coordinator
$25.00 per hour plus full benefits
As Accounts Receivable and Front Desk Coordinator, you will:
- Receive complete training
- Create and distribute customer invoices
- Take, enter and process customer payments
- Apply payments to customer accounts
- Monitor customer accounts and A/R aging status
- Identify and reach out to customers with past due and delinquent accounts
- Apply credit holds as necessary
- Release credit holds once payments are up to date
- Maintain manual and electronic accounting files
- Create routine and special reports
- Assist with annual audit processes
- Assist with Accounts Payable processes as requested
- Provide reception support for a low-volume of callers
- Provide additional support to the Controller as requested
An ideal candidate profile will include:
- At least 1 year of Accounts Receivable experience
- Cash Applications experience
- Clerical, Administrative and Customer Support skills0
With:
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
- Accurate Data entry skills
- A High School Diploma or Equivalent
