Accounts Payable Specialist

As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate payment of company expenses.

The ideal candidate will be have experience with the end to end A/P processes in a Construction Industry.

Job Duties

• Maintain Positive Vendor Relationships
• Code and Enter A/P Invoices
• Resolve discrepancies on vendor invoices
• Reconcile Vendor Statements
• Answer Vendor & Intercompany Questions
• Month End Duties as required

Skills & Qualifications:

• 3+ years of Accounting Experience
• Experience with Concur Expense Reporting Program
• Troubleshooting Skills
• Attention to Detail
• Strong Excel Skills
• Effective verbal and written communication

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $25.00 per hour
