What you will do:
- Provide administrative support to purchasing card holders.
- Work closely with bank to order and cancel purchasing cards, track and resolve fraud and dispute cases.
- Audit purchasing card statement transactions and identify policy adherence issues, charge or support discrepancies, errors, etc. and resolves or elevates to management.
- Generate various Accounts Payable reports and maintains Accounts Payable files and records.
- Respond to and resolve purchasing cardholder inquiries.
- Prepares analysis of accounts as required.
- Maintain cardholder list, manage periodic updates.
- Assist with monthly financial closing process.
- Work from home 4 days per week, 1 day in office.
What you will have:
- Computer proficiency with other MS Office Suite software.
- Knowledge of automated accounting/financial software systems.
- Basic math aptitude.
- Knowledge of accounting or Accounts Payable principles.
- Excellent communications skills.
- Good interpersonal skills with ability to work well in a team environment.
- Ability to prioritize work with good time management skills and ability to cope with changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Good customer service skills.
- Must pass a pre-employment background investigation.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Some college-level accounting courses is preferred.
- Minimum 1 year accounting/Accounts Payable related work experience.
- An equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience and education may be substituted upon supervisor's approval.
