Currently, we are hiring an Accounts Payable (AP) Specialist (focus on Real Estate) at our headquarters in Gilbert, AZ! The AP Specialist is responsible for the invoice entry portion of the Accounts Payable process, ensuring all invoices and/or payment requests are processed through the organization's systems timely, accurately and in compliance with company policies. This role involves coding, reviewing, and entering all AP related expenses (invoices, payment requests, expense reports) into multiple Accounts Payable software.

What will I be doing in this position?
We understand that we cannot list every single task that you will do in this position, but below is an overview of our expectations:
- Confirm coding with the business users before entering invoices
- Review invoices in Beanworks (OCR) and submit them for approval
- Create recurring invoices as needed in Sage Intacct
- Create manual invoices as needed in Sage Intacct
- Format and upload an excel template for mass invoice entry
- Pay invoices through online portals if needed
- Set up and manage utility and telecom accounts for locations/branches
- Assist in AP and Real Estate inbox management
- Work closely with Real Estate, FP&A, and Accounting departments
- Assist with front desk duties as needed
- Complete special projects as needed

- Hold a High School Diploma or GED
- Have 3 years of AP experience or an AA degree plus 18 months of AP experience
- Demonstrate independence, strong prioritizing skills, and the ability to handle a high volume of tasks
- Possess intermediate to advanced skills in Excel, including pivot tables and v-lookups
- Have experience with Sage Inacct (preferred)
- Have experience with multiple entities or branches (preferred)
