Accounts Payable Specialist - $24 To $28/Hr - Hybrid Schedule!

An exciting opportunity for a result driven, team-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist for Zelienople, PA

Responsibilities

• Process AP invoices for inventory and expenses
• Scan invoices into Company electronic invoice repository
• Understands profit center and department coding structure to ensure proper allocation of costs
• Responsible for accounting for sales and use tax where applicable
• Reconcile purchase order and invoice discrepancies
• Review and reconcile credit card activity and statements
• Process payment runs, including electronic ACH and wire transfer payments
• Responsible for verification of supplier TIN names and numbers and maintain up-to-date W-9 information
• Contribute with the transition to paperless, automated systems
• Assist with annual 1099 preparation

Qualifications
•    High School Diploma (Required) Associate's degree in a related field (Preferred)
•    3+ Years Accounts Payable experience (Required)
•    Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suites and ERP software. (Required) Prophet 21 experience (Highly Preferred)
