We are hiring a full time person to manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivables for our two Burnsville dealerships. It's an important position that is perfect if you are an organized person that likes to stay busy. Hourly salary is dependent on experience, and is paid weekly. Main Job Responsibilities
- Reconcile and process daily cash and credit card deposits
- Post vendor and manufacturer invoices daily
- Reconcile to vendor statements
- Prepare AP checks
- Prepare AR statements
- Research and answer receivable and vendor inquiries
- Other accounting responsibilities as well
Qualifications
- Accounts Payable experience preferred; in a dealership setting is a plus
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers, vendors, Management and co-workers
- Ability to work independently as well as be part of a team
