• Temporary – Accounts Payable Staff
• Weekly 12 hrs-20 hrs

Klap6 is seeking temporary staff for up to 20 hours or more a week from Feb through December. We seek candidates that have strong financial or accounting backgrounds with a high school diploma or equivalent and at least 3 years of experience with Oracle, financial accounting, processing invoices and/or any of the related work described below. we are specifically looking for someone with training and experience in Oracle.

Accounting(A/P): Invoices

Prepare and process vendor invoices, Lost Warrants, Fraud Declaration

New Vendor Setup or Changes via W-9

Review and process vendor reimbursements

Track invoices in Oracle

Create requisitions for purchases orders

Monitors and track purchase order balances

Prepares & reviews vendor reimbursement submissions

EOY A/P and Purchasing processes and procedures

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $32.00 - $50.00 per hour
