In this role, you will receive, scan, enter and post invoices to facilitate timely payment. You will provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers.
Responsibilities
- Receive, scan, enter and post invoices to facilitate timely payment. Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers.
- Process invoices and employee expenses.
- Resolve all outstanding invoices and employee expense issues to meet the 48-72 hour processing mandate.
- Review, research and respond to internal and external customers in a timely manner.
- Import Accounts Payable invoices as needed.
- Perform special assignments/projects as needed when requested.
- Provide a high level of customer service to meet customer service standards and expectations for the assigned responsibilities.
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED.
- Experience with computer systems, particularly Microsoft Office Suites.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and tasks.
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-Oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work remotely and stay on task.
- Ability to perform comfortably in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment.
- Demonstrated ability to juggle multiple priorities with superior attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal communication, teamwork, and customer service skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
- Experience with Yardi property management software.
