Job description

WinnCompanies is looking for an Accounts Payable Coordinatorto join our corporate Lowell Regional Office.

In this role, you will receive, scan, enter and post invoices to facilitate timely payment. You will provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers.

Please note that this is a hybrid role that consists of 2 remote days and 3 in-office days.

Responsibilities

  • Receive, scan, enter and post invoices to facilitate timely payment. Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers.
  • Process invoices and employee expenses.
  • Resolve all outstanding invoices and employee expense issues to meet the 48-72 hour processing mandate.
  • Review, research and respond to internal and external customers in a timely manner.
  • Import Accounts Payable invoices as needed.
  • Perform special assignments/projects as needed when requested.
  • Provide a high level of customer service to meet customer service standards and expectations for the assigned responsibilities.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED.
  • Experience with computer systems, particularly Microsoft Office Suites.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments and tasks.
  • Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-Oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work remotely and stay on task.
  • Ability to perform comfortably in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to juggle multiple priorities with superior attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal communication, teamwork, and customer service skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
  • Experience with Yardi property management software.
