Salary1. Handle Accounts Payable for separate entities and vendors.
2. Enter all invoices and payments in accounting software.
3. Process due invoices for payment, which includes weekly check runs and ACH/Wire payments.
4. Compare purchase orders, prices, terms of payment and other charges.
5. Update Excel forecast schedule for various mills.
6. Perform accounting duties such as account maintenance, record entries and reconcile payables.
7. Prepare 1099 forms.
8. Provide support to Senior Staff Accountant with document preparation for various audits.
9. Establishing and maintaining relationships with new and existing vendors.
10. Scan all ACH and Wires into Document Management System (docStar).
11. Assist in special projects per direction of management.
12. Customer/Team Support – Maintain positive working relationship with all affected NOW Plastics Departments and its customers.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $17.00 per hour
