The Opportunity: Contribute To The Growth Of Your Career.
Responsible for opening, sorting, and batching Domestic, Import and Sierra AP Invoices in preparation of entry into payables system along with check handling and mailing. The Accounts Payable Processing Clerk also assists with the data entry of invoices into the payables system as well as vendor dispute claims into the Service Now system, prepares department documents for image capture, as well as completing daily audits for the imaging process to ensure all documents are accounted for.
- Open, sorts and batches invoices in preparation for invoice entry.
- Prepares checks for mailing, ensuring all are received and provided ready for mailing to the Mail Center.
- Runs daily audit reports and prepares documents for preparation.
- Prepares US Domestic check payments for mailing.
- Invoice Entry of invoices into payables system.
- Assigns vendor claims for research into the Service Now application.
- Assists in other Data Entry related tasks

- Payables/related business experience desired
- Clerical experience in business environment
- Strong problem solving and research skills
- Strong attention to details
- Solid organizational skills
- Strong follow through skills
- Good PC skills
- Good communication skills.
