Accounts Payable Clerk & Administrative
Part Time Flexible Hours
This position is a mixture of Accounts Payable Clerk & Administrative duties
Accounts Payable duties include processing payments on a weekly basis, matching invoices to check stubs and filing invoices after payment.
Other duties included but are not limited to:
Processing daily online gift cards using our Micros POS system.
Data entry to Excel spreadsheets. This position requires allot of checks and balances so you must like working with numbers.
A main part of this position includes answering phones.
Excellent phone etiquette is a must.
Other duties include ordering supplies, scanning, copying, etc.
This position is in the back office and is not customer facing.

Skills Needed for this position
Basic Accounts Payable.
Ability to multi-task and must enjoy working with numbers.
Attention to detail and excellent communication skills while answering phones
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 32 per week
