Accounts Payable Clerk

Neeeco LLC is hiring a full-time Accounts Payable Clerk in Wilmington, MA

Accounts Payable Clerk Description:

An ideal candidate would have 1+ years of data entry and/or Accounts Payable experience and report directly to the Accounting Manager. This is a great opportunity for accounting students who would like to gain practical experience while finishing their classwork in the evenings or online.

This position includes but is not limited to Invoicing, Payables, Bank Reconciliations, handling phone calls, and credit card reconciliations, as well as other administrative duties.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Process daily activity for credit card purchases
• Completing payments and controlling expenses by receiving, processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices into QuickBooks Desktop
• Charges expenses to accounts and cost centers by analyzing invoices and recording entries.
• Maintaining historical records of all invoices, reports, receipts, and checks by saving documents properly in Google Drive
• Maintains accounting ledgers by verifying and posting account transactions.
• Other accounting duties as assigned by management

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (quick concise communication via text, phone, and email)
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Proficient in Accounts Payable in QuickBooks Desktop
• Proficient in Google Drive, Google Sheets, and Excel
• Able to work with two monitors and with Gmail
• Comfortable with Google Drive and filing and saving documents in the drive

Education and Experience:

• One year or more of related experience is required

Schedule

• Monday-Friday (Full Time)
