Accounts Payable Clerk/Accounts Receivable Clerk

Essential Duties - Accounts Recievable include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Work with sales staff to establish credit lines and hold status request
• Billing process; final billing and invoicing
• Short pay and collections follow-up
• Receivables reconciliation
• Customer credits
• Brokerage tracking and reconciliation
• AR reporting – providing salespeople with daily collections and twice-monthly reporting
• Mail and email all invoices
• Filing all accounts receivables related material

• All Accounts payable reporting and reconciliation
• Payroll administration
• Sales commission tracking
• Disbursement sheet creation
• Payables check clearance
• 401k funding
• Responding to emails regarding payables
• Filing all Accounts Payable related materials

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $800.00 - $1,000.00 per week
