Accounts Payable Clerk

We are looking for an Accounts Payable Clerk!

* Pay is negotiable based on previous experience and includes a monthly bonus.
Responsibilities:
* Enter all payable invoices, issue checks, payoff sold vehicles, reconcile and pay extended warranty statements, review all payable schedules and reconcile A/P statements including the factory statement. Prepare daily bank deposits.
* Assist the managers with various clerical duties as needed
* Be friendly, professional, courteous and efficient when working with all customers and employees
* Familiarize yourself with department structures & internal procedures
Qualifications:
* Experience in accounting using the Reynolds & Reynolds systems in a car dealership a plus
* Experience with Microsoft Office suite is a plus
* Professional personal appearance
* Clean driving record
