A Day in the Life as an Accounts Payable Clerk: Mostly high-volume data entry and cabinet filing of paper records. Ensure that all Accounts Payable related documents such as invoices and receipts are accurately coded and processed. Verify, process, and reconcile vendor invoices and payments timely and accurately. Handle vendor inquiries via email and/or phone call. Maintain and manage all Accounts Payable records. Ensure all Accounts Payable transactions comply with the company's policies and procedures. Ad-hoc reporting on workload for management.
