- Completes payments and controls expenses by receiving, processing, verifying authorization, reconciling invoices, and scheduling payments to vendors.
- Reconciles processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances.
- Charges expenses to accounts and cost centers by analyzing invoice/expense reports; recording entries.
- Assisting with accounting ledgers by verifying and posting account transactions.
- Verifies vendor accounts by reconciling monthly statements and related transactions.
- Ensures credit is received on statements
- Maintains accounting as well as vendor account and historical records
- Creates Accounts Payable reports
- Filing/maintaining of invoices and statements in vendor files
- Continues to improve the payment process
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Other finance/accounting is assigned as needed

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
