Accounts Payable Clerk $20.00-$25.00/Hr

A.J. Rose Manufacturing is looking for a full time Accounts Payable Clerk at our Avon location. This is position is hourly with flexible work hours. This role is entry level but does require an associate degree in accounting. Please see the job description below.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Match receipts to supplier invoices
• Enter supplier invoices for payment
• File supplier payments
• Keep supplier payment files neat and organized
• Assist in audits
• Communicate with members of manufacturing and receiving teams to resolve issues
• Communicate with suppliers to resolve issues

Required Qualities

• Ability to perform basic Excel functions
• Ability to perform basic math functions
• Willingness to communicate both inside and outside the organization to resolve issues
• Strong attention to detail
• Possess strong communication skills
• Possess strong organizational skills

Preferred Qualities

• Willingness to learn basic A/R and payroll responsibilities

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
