What the role entails
- Must have 3- way invoice matching experience
- Experience with high volumes of invoices required
- Dealing with over 50 cost centers & departments are extremely important
- Process invoices for payment from multiple company locations: match to packing slips, match to purchase orders, and code to proper general ledger account.
- Print and mail Accounts Payable checks or process ACH’s.
- Perform data entry and spreadsheet management.
- Maintain Accounts Payable files and records.
- Respond to vendor and employee inquiries regarding invoices, expenses, and check requests; assists with discrepancy reconciliation.
- Assist with annual audit, pulling requested items.
- Assist with preparation annual 1099’s while ensuring throughout year that new vendors are set up properly with W-9 information.
- Assist with journal entries as needed.
- Backup to Accounts Receivable – cross trained to post payments
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
One-year certificate from college or technical school, six months to one year related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

- 10-key by touch.
- Demonstrated ability to calculate figures and amounts.
- Proficient on Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word). SysPro experience a plus.
- Commitment to excellence and high standards.
- Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
- Acute attention to detail.
- Self-starter with strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize in a fast paced environment working independently.
- Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm.
- Must be able to type a minimum of 50 WPM.
$20-26 per hour
