Process high volume of Accounts Payable invoices
Work closely with various department leaders to obtain approvals on all invoices prior to payment ...
Monitor vendor due dates to ensure payments are paid
Reconcile and offset prepaid accounts on a monthly basis
Records expenses to accounts and cost centers by analyzing invoice/expense reports
Record month-end journal entries
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Strong understanding of general accounting processes
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable with a variety of software packages with Excel Skills
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
2-3 years accounts payable experience in a manufacturing environment
