We need to hire an Accounts Payable/Receivable Clerk (AP/AR Clerk). No dealership experience is required. We value our employees and invest in their success.

AP/AR Clerk:
- Reconcile accounts
- Issue receipts
- Follow up on past due accounts
- Monitor receivable aging
- Keep filing up-to-date
- Other duties as assigned
AP/AR Clerk:
- No dealership experience is required – we will train
- Must understand basic concepts of accounting
- Must have intermediate skill using Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Must be dependable, on time, and team orientated
- Must have the ability to handle a high volume of work and be able to multi task
- DealerTrack experience a plus
- Data entry skills with attention to detail
- Professional appearance
- Team player with positive attitude
- Driven and self-motivated personality.
- Good customer service skills
