Shift: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

What a typical day looks like in this role:
- Processing invoices
- Research and resolve credit memos, chargebacks and miscellaneous correspondence
- Vendor relations and statement analysis
- Run journals and review batches before posting
- Other related duties as required or directed
What we are looking for you to bring to us:
- Two year college education or equivalent business experience
- Minimum of one year of high-volume Accounts Payable experience
- Detail oriented and able to multi-task
- Proficient with Microsoft Office particularly Excel
- Ability to manage a high-volume workload independently
- Ability to work with all levels of management and as part of a team
