Atlas Staffing is hiring for Accounts Payable at our reputable client in the warehouse/distribution industry. This is a temporary position with potential to go permanent. If you are looking for a great opportunity and are available to start work immediately, apply now!
Responsibilities:
- Flag unusual invoice's or prices
- Set invoices up for payment and verify check requests
- Track expenses and process expense reports
- Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments
- Post transactions to journals, ledgers and other records or systems
- Reconcile Accounts Payable transactions
- Monitor accounts to ensure payments are current
Requirements:
- Basic understanding of Accounts Payable
- Knowledge of general accounting procedures
- Proficient in data entry and account management
Shift: Monday – Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM
Wage: $17.50-$18 DOE
