A growing company is partnering with LHH to search for a part-time AP professional to help with an increased work load. You will be handling mostly invoice processing and data entry. The ideal candidate will have some previous Accounts Payable experience, but the hiring manager will review someone with an accounting degree and no experience. The interview process will be quick as the team needs someone right away. This is a long-term, part-time position. This is a fully remote position.
Responsibilities:
• Processing Accounts Payable invoices
• Check runs and ensuring prompt vendor payments
• Vendor statement reconciliations
• Posting Accounts Payable related journal entries and assisting with month end
• Additional projects as needed
Qualifications:
• At least a year of accounting experience
• Previous experience on an ERP system is preferred
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
• Professional communication skills
• High attention to detail
Employment Details:
• Temporary position
• 24 hours/week
• Fully remote
