Job Description
Providing financial and administrative support to the North America and Canadian sales field as it relates to multiple styles of billing arrangements across multiple strategic business units, while ensuring requests abide by financial guidelines and policies.
· Facilitate requests to drive accurate customer billings.
· Cross-collaboration with multiple internal teams to ensure requests are completed in full and accurately.
· Engagement with task-based work to meet workload turnaround expectations and strict deadlines in a fast-paced work environment
· Set up Billing Arrangements and Special Pricing following specific guidelines set forth by the business
· Maintain a workload for specific accounts designated by strategic business unit.
· Drive the invoicing process by communicating with all parties when information is needed (i.e. Billing Arrangement numbers, start & end dates, invoice and billing adjustment request information, and reference numbers.
· Approve pricing requests that fall within applicable guardrails provided by the business.
· Maintain a team focused environment with a high level of engagement with all members of the Commercial Execution Team.
· Engage in problem solving by reading and processing requests and interpreting the data to provide appropriate recommendations.
Required Skills
· Strong customer service skills.
· High computer application literacy (including Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn internal business systems).

Education/Experience Requirement:
· High School Diploma/GED with 2+ years of successful administrative support.
Education Preferred:
· Associates or Bachelor’s Degree
