Hospice of Jefferson County Inc. is seeking a bookkeeper/accountant proficient in Quick Books. Working closely with the CEO and Boards of Directors, the position is responsible for developing and implementing the annual budgets for the Hospice and Palliative Care programs; managing all financial records including accounting functions; submitting monthly insurance billing; managing accounts receivable; filing required federal and state reports; and assisting families with insurance issues.
The successful candidate will have a degree in Business or Finance and/or 5 years of experience in a finance position. A Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting is preferred.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
