Expected Duties:
- Data entry using QuickBooks
- Editing, finalizing & sending invoices
- Monitoring client accounts receivable
- General office duties
Expected qualifications:
- QuickBooks knowledge needed
- Proficient in Excel and other Microsoft Office programs
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work both independently and in a group to problem solve and improve operations
- Strong technical and organizational skills in addition to excellent written and verbal communication skills, in a professional environment
