Bookkeeper/Staff Accountant - Real Estate

Opportunity with a growing, family-owned property management business. In this role, you'll own all day to day bookkeeping of multiple residential buildings, managing banking relationships and prepare reports for refinancing, file corporate and personal tax returns, run a small payroll and manage bookkeeping for other passive investments.
This is a great opportunity to work with the owners of a successful family business, in a role that can continue to expand into other areas in future.
What we're looking for

• Basic knowledge of Real Estate (sending out monthly statements, application management, collecting rents and security deposits)
• Familiarity with AppFolio preferred but not required
• Strong Excel skills
• Willingness to work in-office 5 days a week
