GENERAL SUMMARY
This position is responsible for overall management of experiential marketing programs and strategic initiatives on behalf of our Barclays clients.  Specific areas of focus and departmental responsibilities include activations to enhance brand image, drive business or achieve other marketing objectives.

Collaborate with day-to-day account advertising lead to define overall client strategy, program development, activation, stewardship, measurement, and ROI analysis. Plays an integral strategic and tactical role in ensuring experiential, social media, PR and creative departments are aligned. Work travel to various cities in the United States could be up to 10% of the job.

Acts as Team One ambassador ensuring Publicis, Saatchi and Saatchi, and Team One policies and guidelines are followed.    

Day-to-Day:
•    Generate strategic initiatives and business-building ideas for clients; create new and unique programs to achieve marketing objectives.
•    Lead annual planning process including situation analysis, competitive review, and recap of existing programs, development of objectives, strategies, tactics and budget recommendations.
•    Maintain client budget and oversee billing process to ensure accuracy.
•    Manage event production for various projects, including hiring external production companies. Must have experience with appropriate pricing and negotiating with external production partners
•    Oversight of the experiential activations, content and creative development in partnership with business, , project management and creative team leads. Activation includes registration, event comms, venue management, budget management, and more.
•    Travel for site-checks/inspections, meetings and promotional events around the country.
•    Maintain open and direct communications with Idea Communications Division within Team One (experiential team, influencer marketing team, public relations team & media team) to explore partnerships and program amplification, which leverage the unique strengths of our agency.
•    Participate in agency collaboration meetings, and all necessary client-related meetings.
•    Continue to grow and evolve the Experiential Marketing discipline, increasing the team’s profile within the agency, and to clients, and within the greater marketing communications community.

Experience:     
10-12 of experience preferred in the areas of sponsorship and event marketing for large marketing-savvy clients, with strength in public relations, traditional advertising, media, production, charity fundraising, sports marketing and/or event planning.

Education: 
A bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Additional Information

Compensation Range: $115,500.00 - $194,500.00 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
