Director Of Patient Services

A licensed home health care agency located in Brooklyn, NY is looking for a strong Per Diem Director of Patient Services

*Salary: $50K-$75K per year (depending on experience)*

Responsibilities

Conduct initial and six-month assessments on facility patients, give in services to staff, oversee compliance & quality assurance for home care patients

Qualifications:

• Must have a New York State RN License
• Must have prior experience in patient care setting
• Must have experience in a home care agency, and strong knowledge of regulations
